Restoration and Conservation
I am experienced in restoring a variety of Ceramics, Pottery, Enamels and related materials. Since 1995 I have gained particular expertise in restoring Chinese and Japanese Art, Porcelain, Canton Enamels and Cloisonné. I specialize in Invisible Restoration.
Porcelain and Pottery
I have successfully invisibly restored Imperial and very rare Chinese and Japanese numerous Porcelain pieces including the complete Blue and White Porcelain Pullan Collection. I specialize in restoring glazed and unglazed pottery figures (including Han and Tang Horses).
Enamels
I restore Cloisonné, Canton, Beijing and European Enamels, Enamelled Jewellery, Watch Faces (including objects with damage to the metal). I was lucky to be commissioned to restore very important objects from various Museums and Collections from around the world.
Related Materials
I invisibly restore Jade, Ivory (including laced), Mother of Pearl inlays (including engraved inlays), Tortoise shell, Stones, Lapis Lazuli, Blue John, Malachite, Chinese Glass, reverse Glass Paintings, and Snuff Bottles etc.
